1.With a combined weekly capability of up to 5000 tonnes, we are able to meet even the most demanding of programmes. Both sites have a loyal, trained and highly skilled workforce and utilise modern CNC machines that are fully integrated with the Drawing Office software. Our just-in-time manufacturing process is facilitated with steel being supplied from steelwork distribution centres in planned 'Lots'. Lead times are vastly reduced due to the software link between us and our suppliers.
2.Our production layout and material handling facilities are continuously developed to ensure we maintain the most efficient set up possible, investment in stock yard gantry cranes and multiple state of the art steel handling vehicles continues to minimise time taken in non-value added activities.
We can provide all industry standard finishes including paint systems, powder coating, zinc spray and galvanising.
3.Secondary Steel Work Fabrication
Besides of the main steel members, secondary part is also important in our job scope. Although we have invested in CNC machinery, much of our fabrication still relies on our skilled platers and welders and we specialise in the more intricate secondary metalwork allied to bigger projects, including facades, lean-to units and canopies.
